  • When can I book my first appointment?

    First of all, congratulations! If this is your first visit to us, you can check availability for your appointment via our online booking tool Book Your Appointment. Follow us on our social media too and subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on all the latest news and happenings If your dress has already been ordered and it needs to be fitted. consult the ‘I have ordered a dress and need a fitting’ tab on our website.

  • How long before my wedding day should I book my first appointment?

    We recommend you book your first appointment 6 to 9 months before your wedding day. In general, we recommend to you to book as soon as you can, to be able to provide you with the best possible attention and optimum experience.

  • Which collections will be available to try and buy?

    Our ‘Beyond the Stars’ and ‘Contemporary Goddess’ collections will be available in our stores. The new ‘Hollywood Glamour’ collection from PRONOVIAS and ‘New Summer Colors’ from The Party Edit will be arriving as our stores reopen. We will be publishing news each week on our website and Social Media

  • Can friends and family come with me to the fitting? How many?

    To guarantee the health and safety of our clients and our staff, as well as offer you the best possible experience, we suggest one guest per bride. We have boosted our in-store WIFI so that you can invite as many as you like via your smart phone or tablet.

  • I am searching for my dream dress, but because of travel restrictions I can’t visit my favorite PRONOVIAS store in person. How can I get a consultation?

    No worries. We offer ‘virtual appointments’ with our expert bridal stylists. It’s a fantastic way to be able discover our collections and enjoy the PROVOVIAS savoir-faire without having to travel. Book here now

  • What do I need to do before my first appointment? Has anything changed with the new protocols?

    The first appointment to choose your dream dress is a very important occasion. We recommend that you help us to get to know you better by filling out your style preferences when you make your booking.
    A few days before your first appointment, one of our expert bridal stylists will be in contact to confirm your appointment and discuss your favorite dresses in more detail.
    If you are unable to visit one of our stores, we recommend you make a virtual appointment. This is a great way to get customized advice before you visit our store, so that everything will be in place when you will arrive at the store.

  • I would like to buy a dress for an event. Do I still need to make an appointment? How do I do that?

    Following instructions from local authorities, we suggest you do make an appointment. Contact your nearest store to book a visit, where you will receive personal attention from our expert staff.

  • How will I know about any time and date changes?

    We are rescheduling appointments according to the date our stores reopen. Our team is currently contacting each one of our clients, by telephone or email, to reschedule previously booked appointments. Dates and times depend on the unique situation of each city and region.

  • At which point can I reschedule my appointment?

    Appointments can be rescheduled according to the reopening of the store in your preferred location.

  • I have already paid for my appointment in London or Milan. How can I reschedule it without losing money?

    The Pronovias team will be in contact with you by telephone or email to discuss a new time and date for your appointment. We will reschedule it according to the evolving situation in each location.
    If you decide to cancel your appointment, you will get an automatic refund.

  • How can I reschedule my appointment for a fitting?

    We are currently contacting each of our clients whose dress is in the process of being made and is due for a fitting. If your wedding date has not changed, and we still have not contacted you, please call your store directly to reschedule your next visit.

  • I was told I would be able to able to pick up my dress in a few weeks. Has this changed?

    We have continued to work in those past weeks and months to guarantee that each dress is delivered as expected. We are following each case closely to be able to deliver each bride’s dream dress well in time for their wedding day.

  • My wedding has been postponed to fall/winter. Can sleeves be added to my dress? Would there be a cost for that?

    PRONOVIAS offers a customization and personalization service, so you can adapt your dress in case you had to adapt your wedding plans. Ask your consultant at your next appointment about the possibilities and corresponding costs.

  • What are the health and safety measures that PRONOVIAS has implemented?

    The PRONOVIAS has implemented a rigorous store-reopening plan that guarantees the security and peace of mind of all our customers.   • Our wedding has been postponed; can I pick up my dress at a later date? Is there an additional cost?

    We recommend you contact your store to discuss ways we can work with your new circumstances.

  • Due to the new travel regulations, I cannot physically go to the store for my dress fitting. What options do I have?

  • My wedding has been postponed. Can I change the dress?

    The dress of your dreams is unique, just like the love of your life, and has been uniquely made for you. If you need to make changes such as customization or accessorizing, our consultants can advise you on the best solution. Ask at your next fitting.

  • I bought a PRONOVIAS dress in a multi-brand store. Who can help me with my questions?

    If you have bought a dress in a store selling Pronovias dresses, please contact them directly. They will help you with any questions you have.
