A romantic and free-flowing sheath dress whose ethereal volume is formed by layers of soft tulle. Featuring a flattering halter neckline with a garland of 3D flowers on the collar and enclosed with crepe-covered buttons. The floor length tulle coat (sold separately) also features a cluster of 3D flowers over the neck and shoulders.
